Immigrating to Canada at the age of 13 marked the beginning of a journey shaped by challenges, learning, and transformation. Arriving in Vancouver with my family, I faced the same obstacles many immigrants encounter: adapting to a new language, climate, culture, and the distance from home. Nothing came easily, but with strong family support, determination, and faith, we began building a new life.

In the early years, my parents had to reinvent themselves professionally, as their qualifications from Brazil were not automatically recognized in Canada. Temporary jobs, intensive English studies, and resilience became part of our daily reality. These experiences taught me early on the importance of staying open to opportunities and never giving up.

At a young age, I worked in the fashion industry and took part in building family businesses that thrived for several years, until we were impacted by the 2008 financial crisis. That turning point motivated me to invest in education and pursue a new professional path. In 2005, I began my career in the Canadian real estate market, completing a rigorous licensing process and gaining in-depth industry knowledge.

Over time, I built a solid career as a real estate professional, always focused on understanding and meeting my clients’ needs—especially those within the Brazilian community. In 2011, I became an independent Realtor and, years later, founded my own real estate team with the purpose of delivering a personalized, human-centered service—helping families find not just a house, but a home in Canada.

Today, I lead a multidisciplinary team and remain actively involved in the community through events, educational content, and support for new immigrants. My story reflects how persistence, education, networking, and adaptability can transform lives. More than professional success, my greatest achievement is being able to give back and inspire other Brazilians to believe that building a strong future in a new country is truly possible.
