I bring with me over 20 years of experience in the construction and development industries in BC. I’m also trained as a paralegal and have practiced in corporate law, wills & estates, and real estate. In addition, I am a researcher of different types of properties and communities as well as new developments in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley. I love the concept of land development and the idea of building new communities for the people of BC.

I have a passion for new construction and have sold many presales from large to smaller developers in several locations such as New Westminster, Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, South Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack just to name a few. My business model is mostly based on referrals from past clients as well as from various business communities to which I am engaged. I also work with investment properties in Florida and other parts of the US via Keller Williams International cross-border program.
